From the bike’s very first season racing World Cups, the results have been the best advertisement: 9 wins, 27 podiums and a first place in the Elite Women, Men and Team rankings. With a concentrate of technologies and experience, the V5 inaugurates the High Virtual Contact System kinematics. This is our interpretation of the most efficient system for combining liveliness and shock absorption. Thanks to the inserts in the aluminium frame, the geometry and behaviour of the bike can be adapted to suit the conditions of the day. SUPREME DH V5 SETTINGS GUIDE COMMENCAL SUPREME DH V5 ÖHLINS EDITION METALLIC GREEN The SUPREME DH V5 ÖHLINS EDITION features the best suspension from the legendary Swedish brand ÖHLINS. The DH38 m.1 Air fork combines an ultra-precise chassis with an air spring. It has a specific chamber to adjust progressiveness at the end of the stroke and a hydraulic cartridge with three adjustment settings. The TTX22m.2 shock absorber is one of the best rear suspension offerings for downhill riding. Used by many pros, the sensitivity and support are difficult to beat. TRP DH-R Evo brakes provide the stopping power: 4 pistons and 223mm discs make them powerful, durable, progressive, and precise. This model rolls on a pair of custom DT SWISS wheels with the FR 560 downhill rims, solid and dynamic, combined with heavy-duty 350 hubs. The SRAM GX DH transmission offers ultra-precise and quick gear changes for DH.
